Dear Corporative and Political America: On the Contrary, I'm Certain You Owe Me, and Here's How.

Please, let me start with a little something we call The First and Eighth Amendments of the United States Constitution, and the amount that I would sue you for, if I thought you were worth the trouble:

Amendment I

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Amendment VIII

Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.

At least 3 million dollars. Government and Corporative petty change.

Due to these Constitutional Rights, I fully exercise my Rights to: 

DUE PROCESS

Receive or not receive medical care, 

Send or not send my children to school and to homeschool,

To guard my private information and my property,

Practice and receive alternative medicine,

Openly worship,

Peacefully protest abuse of power,

Openly criticize,

Openly tell the truth, 

Officially question bills that I am sent,

Fiercely guard my children from harm…

And much more!

Recently, I have been:

Sent bills without explanation as to what the charges are about,

Denied the ability to make a living due to DEI policies and hypocritical narratives,

Denied my income tax and child tax credits because I wouldn’t lay bare/open my bank accounts, which are private property.

Threatened and screamed at by the police when I was over nine months pregnant, in front of my four other children. For reasons he admitted reluctantly were not even close to good enough, compared to his despicable UNPROFFESSIONAL behavior!

I have been told officially that the State has the power to take money out of my private bank account if I don’t pay! Excuse me? Are you allowed to break into my house and take my belongings? Are you allowed on my property if I say you’re not? NO. Unless of course you are falsely arresting me with a false warrant, in which case I’ll sue the police and the State for another 3 million, because maybe the injustice would be worth my efforts. You despicable people are so far not worth my time or effort.

So far, I am not being dragged out of my house gestapo/KGB style, so I STILL consider myself FORTUNATE! If you can believe it!

Here’s Some Math as to How You Owe Me and Not the Other Way Around:

Due to COVID lockdowns my husband, a third generation Master Union Carpenter could not make a living through those means. Our income was therefore cut down by roughly a third:

From 2020 to about 2023 we have managed on an income of roughly $50,000 or less. With over three children. 

By this time, my husband would have made about $55 an hour in the Union, because that is his level of Craftsmanship and Experience. This will be his 12th year in the Union. Multiply this by about three to four years. 

Due to other misfortune we scraped by for six months last year and lost tens of thousands of dollars worth of income. But we survived by the Grace of God. 

Things are better, but my husband can not still get a job in the Union due to DEI politics: 

Let’s not beat around the bush shall we? My husband is white and male, and DEI notoriously excludes humans of this race and sex. Nevermind that I am not, and neither are four of my five children, and one of them is only part white like his siblings. 

Here is my proof that DEI excluded my husband based on his race and sex: He is overqualified, technically a Master in his field. He is not addicted to drugs, or physically unfit. The reasons for his exclusion are therefore not based on skill level, or health; he hasn’t been hired back in over a year (at $55 an hour at least, which we have lost), so the reasons have to be because he is a white man. This is not rocket science. It is fairly easy to deduce, like I just did. 

Ok, so $55 an hour multiplied by three or four years, plus the bills we are forced to pay under these circumstances, which is roughly $4000 a year, plus the child tax credits times I think two years that we have been denied, plus our income tax also denied in the last two years for unknown reasons. 

When DEI hit, COVID lockdowns and Leftist Agenda came to a head, my children were denied an education because I expressed my beliefs that contradicted the private school’s Leftist agenda. I have homeschooled for six years, and have been denied the opportunity therefore to help my family financially. 

Plus, the emotional stress, which is incalculable, but I’d say it’s worth perhaps at least $500,000 to me. The impact of undue threats and harassment, maybe, it’s worth another $500,000 to me. Direct attacks on my family’s Constitutional Rights? Maybe another million. People shed blood for that Constitution, so I could have it, and I don’t take that lightly. 

• I’d sue ya’ll roughly for six million, if it became worth the trouble.

• $55 an hour multiplied by about three to four years

• Roughly $30 an hour I could have been making parttime if I didn’t have to homeschool, multiplied by about six years. 

• Two million for the attacks, emotional stress, inhumanity, abuse and injustice.
